Password Creative is led by Jocelyn Harms, and specializes in helping clients reach their business goals through the power of marketing and brand identity management. We know that creating clear messaging about your business can be challenging. Many times, companies spend too much money and time using messaging that simply doesn’t work. We help companies work smarter.
As a StoryBrand Certified Guide, Jocelyn helps businesses understand and harness the clarity that story can bring in customer engagement and brand development.
Jocelyn is a creative professional with over two decades of experience in messaging, marketing, branding, design, and event production. She has experience working in multiple sectors, including healthcare, nonprofit and 12 years in the music industry.
A graduate of Belmont University, Jocelyn has called Nashville, TN home for 20+ years. She serves as a board member for Nashville’s chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners, and In 2018 she co-founded Live Here Vote Here, an organization that promotes voter engagement in Middle Tennessee. in 2024 she received an Athena International Award nomination.

The name Password Creative was inspired by the concept of secret passwords getting you access to somewhere special. Somewhere not everyone could find. Whether it’s a tree fort or a speakeasy, having the right words can get you into the right place, with the crowd you seek. We view marketing communication in the same way: use the right words and visuals to get in with the customers you want.
